Right Care is hiring licensed nurses and trained caregivers across Dubai. We are not an agency that posts a shift and disappears — our nurses get a documented care plan, a named coordinator, and a clinical lead to escalate to.
What we look for
- A valid DHA, MOH or DOH nursing licence, or eligibility to obtain one
- Two or more years of clinical experience
- Specialisation in maternity, paediatrics, geriatrics, wound care or palliative care
- Arabic or a second language is a strong advantage
- The patience to work in someone's home, which is a different skill from ward nursing
