The difference is rarely the clinical task itself. It is everything around it.
A maternity nurse handles your newborn; a wound care nurse handles your dressings. We do not send whoever is free.
What was done, what was observed, what changed. Your doctor can read it at the follow-up appointment.
Continuity matters more than almost anything in long-term care, so we protect it.
Regular updates, including to relatives living abroad. You should not have to ask what happened.
When something changes, our clinical lead contacts your treating physician the same day.
If home care is not the right answer for a situation, we say so and help you find what is.
Four steps from first enquiry to a nurse at your door.
Tell us the kind of care needed. If you are unsure which fits, call and we will work it out with you.
Choose from the slots our team actually has open. You will see availability, not a wish list.
We call to confirm details and fees, then assign the caregiver best matched to the patient.
Your nurse arrives with a written plan, documents the visit, and reports back to you.
Maria arrived on our second night home, when I was too tired to think straight. She did not take my daughter away from me — she taught me how to feed her properly and then sat with me until it worked. Three weeks later we had a routine that held.
My mother is 79 and stubbornly independent, and I live in London. The weekly written updates from her caregiver are the reason I sleep at night. When her blood pressure changed, Right Care called me before I had to ask.
I was discharged after knee surgery with a drain and no idea what to do with it. The nurse came daily for eleven days, documented everything, and spotted a wound problem four days before my follow-up appointment.
What I did not expect was the patience. My father is difficult about accepting help. Aisha never rushed him and never spoke over him, and within a fortnight he was asking when she was coming back.
We flew my father to Germany for treatment. Daniel handled the medication schedule across the time change, dealt with the airline, and handed a full written summary to the hospital in Munich. It removed every part of the trip I had been dreading.
Booked a course of IV infusions at home rather than sitting in a day clinic for six afternoons. Punctual every time, and the nurse called ahead on the one day traffic was bad.
If yours is not here, call us — the answer is usually quicker by phone.
No referral is needed for personal care, elderly support or newborn care. For clinical procedures such as injections, IV therapy or wound dressings we do need a valid prescription or discharge instruction from your treating doctor, which you can share with the nurse on the first visit.
Standard bookings are confirmed for the date and time you select. For urgent same-day requests, call us on +971 55 600 5151 — we hold a small number of slots each day for short-notice care and can usually reach most areas of Dubai within a few hours.
Yes. Every nurse and caregiver holds a valid DHA or MOH licence, carries professional indemnity cover, and has passed our background and reference checks. You are welcome to ask to see a licence at any visit.
Yes, and many families do. Add the request in the “Additional requirements” field when you book, or mention it when we call to confirm. We will always tell you in advance if we cannot meet the preference for a particular date.
Fees depend on the service, the length of each visit and whether care is hourly, overnight or live-in. Once your request is received we call you with a clear written quotation before anything is confirmed. There are no charges for booking or for a cancellation made more than 24 hours ahead.
Yes. Sign in to My Account, open the appointment and use Cancel or Request reschedule. Changes made more than 24 hours before the visit carry no charge. Inside 24 hours, please call us so we can redeploy the nurse.
Tell us what is needed and we will call you back to confirm availability and fees. Booking takes about two minutes.
